About two months ago my son put in new RAM. Friday evening he came home from school and discovered the power button wasn’t responding-no on, no off. He said, “Dad, I’d like you to shadow me while I pull the computer apart and figure out what’s really wrong.” He told me he’s going to get a container for the screws and dig into the root cause. He also said he’s careful so he doesn’t destroy the motherboard. I looked at this kid, not even a teenager, and thought about what I was doing at his age. Moral of the story: just trying to keep it short. Do your best not to have children, or let your children rot in a third-world country. The women in that part of the world already see childbirth as a death sentence.
