Pasando el día en Aranjuez, con un gran anfitrión, @loguiga67. Nos han tratado divinamente en Cuarenta y Casa Delapio: gracias. Exquisita alcachofa, cebolletas a la carbonara, anchoa, ciervo y tarta de queso. Bodega local y bien presentada con cosas interesantes. Muy recomendable

Esta imagen de la AP-4 entre Sevilla y Cádiz cortada por las lluvias nos recuerda que hace milenios todo esto fue el Lacus Ligustinus, un gran lago entre estas dos provincias. En tiempos de Estrabón aún se formaban esteros, "siendo la región navegable en todos los sentidos".
Las Fallas comenzaron por segundo año con toda una institución: el cocido madrileño de @lombardia. Nada mejor para cargar combustible antes de las fiestas. Si la pólvora es imprescindible, esto ya es insustituible. Que no falte nunca!
