Some guys have 500k followers and never show a single position. Just a vague chart and a reposted earnings report. 👀 @stocksavvyshay
Baby birds eat free here. 🐦
$CHT - Can also take shares here at $49.09.
It’s not exciting, and that’s the point. CHT moves slowly and on its own terms, and lately those terms have been strength. It has cleared its multi-year high while much of the market has stalled.
$CHT - going to grab calls.
$50 strike at 11/20 for $0.70
Got the idea from a friend!

I say this with respect. You have so many free and nice calls on here, you can’t be Will Meade.
$INTC back over $67.
Quick 4%.
Moving up my stop loss to protect this.
Easy money!
$AMZN: Earnings Follow-Up
Yesterday I bought $AMZU before the close. After the print, AMZN fell about 10% after hours, which put my position down roughly 20%. This morning, AMZN is relatively flat on the day.
The choice of shares over options did its job. Had I bought calls, a flat open would still have meant a loss, because the volatility premium I paid would have drained away overnight. With shares, a flat stock means a flat position. I paid nothing for the privilege of waiting.
The after-hours drop drew a lot of commentary. Some of it was mockery, some of it certainty that I was finished. I understand it. A 20% drawdown on a leveraged position looks like a mistake from the outside. But the price at 4:15 p.m. was not the verdict. It was one moment in a night that hadn't finished deciding anything.
I didn't sell into the drop, and I didn't spend the night arguing. I sized the position so I could sit through the worst of it, and that was the decision that mattered. The rest was out of my hands.
I'm not claiming to have been right. The stock is flat; the thesis hasn't paid. I'm only saying the structure held. I chose a position that let me endure, and I endured.
$AMZN - nice recovery from the initial reaction.
This is why I like shares vs. options on earnings.
$WGS: called it at $58.5 six days ago. Now $68.76. +17.5%.
I said under $70 was incredibly cheap. We’re almost back there.
Panic sellers handed us this one. 🧬
