Good Food Ireland® was delighted to be in Verona last weekend, showcasing the quality, provenance and diversity of Irish food and drink as part of the programme for the Tocatì International Festival of Street Games, with Ireland as Guest Country of Honour.
The demonstrations featured traditional Irish brown soda bread and seafood chowder, alongside a contemporary interpretation of Irish beef fillet, all prepared using Irish ingredients that were shipped to Verona specifically for this event.
