The biggest problem of modern racism is ignorance of innocence. Racist whites point out crime statistics while ignoring upstanding citizens.
Racist blacks point out slavery and Jim Crow while ignoring southern white families that never participated in it.
As a Protestant I’m personally disgusted and disappointed with the people who are so flippantly asserting that the Pope is in hell. If that’s true you should be MOURNING not LAUGHING. If you enjoy the thought of a man going to hell YOU ARE AT ODDS WITH CHRIST. Think on it.
I’m a Protestant:
If you are a Protestant and you cursed Pope Francis after his death and said vile things about where you think he should spend eternity, you need to repent. Christ is the perfect judge, you are not. You have no right to condemn.
Pope Francis apparently passed this morning. While I don’t agree with all things Catholic, I pray his soul was ripe for Heaven and he is in Christ’s arms.
Requiescat in pace.
Debates are inherently dishonest.
No debater is actually considering the evidence for an alternative stance, they’re just coming up with a good “zinger” so they can sound more intelligent than their opponent. The whole system is intellectually stunted.
I find it interesting that people will comb through the Bible only to find a person they identify with instead of conforming to the identity of Christ.

As a Protestant I have a message to all Orthodox and Catholics.

The more I’m on X, the more I feel that the most vocal of Christians have lost their ever loving minds and need to close their mouths and focus more on Prayer and reading the Word.
Too many Christian denominations deal in extreme stances. Calvinists believe in predestination, Armenians believe in personal choice. It’s both, God is infinite and can give you free will and predestine you at the same time.
A hurdle Christian men must face in marriage is responsibility. God holds the priests accountable for accountable for his flock and He names a man chief priest of his household.
