Replying to @Arsenal
Urgent Update: Noni Madueke, Riccardo Calafiori, and Christos Tzolis have arrived in Liverpool; their inclusion in the final matchday squad is currently under review.
Arsenal’s pursuit of Atletico Madrid winger Alex Baena will be deferred until the summer transfer window.
Atletico Madrid intends to decline any mid-season inquiries for the 25-year-old, who has recorded five goals and three assists to date.
Although Mikel Arteta values Baena’s versatility, Diego Simeone remains committed to retaining the player, whose contract extends through 2030.
Reports indicate that Arsenal captain Martin Ødegaard may prioritize a transfer to Bayern Munich next summer should an agreement on a contract extension not be reached. While the club remains committed to securing his long-term future, they may be compelled to facilitate a sale next summer to avoid the risk of a free transfer upon the expiration of his contract in 2028. What are your perspectives on this development?
Max Dowman will serve a three-match suspension following the dismissal of Arsenal's appeal.
The player will be unavailable for our upcoming Premier League fixtures against Liverpool, Hull City, and Newcastle United.
This serves as a significant learning experience for Max.

BREAKING: MICHAEL SALISBURY ISSUES PUBLIC APOLOGY TO ARSENAL FANS 😳💔
🗣️ Michael Salisbury:
“Yesterday, I made a serious mistake. I wrongly sent off Max Dowman, a 17-year-old, during the match between Arsenal and Fleetwood Town.
After reviewing the incident, I recognise that my decision was incorrect. I failed to see the full picture in the heat of the moment, and I take full responsibility for my actions.
Max is only 17 years old, with a bright future ahead of him. I understand the disappointment this decision has caused him, his teammates, Arsenal Football Club, and millions of fans.
It was never my intention to unfairly punish a young player, but I understand that intentions do not erase the consequences of my decisions.
I sincerely apologise to Max Dowman, Arsenal, and everyone affected by my mistake.
As a referee, I am expected to make the right decisions, and today, I fell short of that responsibility. I will learn from this experience and work to ensure such an error does not happen again.
I am truly sorry.”
— Michael Salisbury, Referee
Not show how this is, makes no sense why Raya is second when he is clearly the better keeper.
I put him as No.1

Bukayo Saka... PREMIO SÓCRATES 🙌
Porque el fútbol a veces es lo de menos 👏 ¡Eres ejemplo!

We are pleased to announce that Bukayo Saka has been officially honored with the 2026 Sócrates Award at the Ballon d'Or ceremony. This recognition celebrates the Arsenal player’s significant contributions to social responsibility and his ongoing commitment to fostering a positive impact beyond the realm of professional football.
Gabriel and Saliba secured 29th and 21st place in the 2026 Men’s Ballon d’Or rankings, respectively. Given their exceptional performance as center-backs, I believe they merit higher recognition for their contributions.
Given his consistent high-level performance, including Premier League titles, Champions League final appearances, and a third-place finish at the 2026 World Cup, a 15th-place Ballon d’Or ranking for Declan Rice appears significantly undervalued.
His contributions warrant greater recognition, as he clearly merits a higher placement.
