Crucial Teaching Point from Coach McNally. LOVE THIS‼️‼️
When I learned about “First Significant Touch” from Coach Heck & Coach Prince, it truly changed my game. Can’t emphasize this enough w/ guys. Once I get guys to be extremely confident in their set, proper posture & weight distribution, only then are they willing to strike first.
Everyone wants to wait to strike. Stop setting scared!! It’s all about MY set, not his rush. I’m never thinking he may do this, he may do that, I’m only thinking about what I need to do to win the rep. What’s your Set’s process? If you can’t answer that, you need to spend time thinking about it. Don’t take a “different” set every time, take YOUR set.
Varying Sets = Varying Results. Become CONSISTENT & DOMINANT by reducing variation!!
