This is literally the opposite of what any therapist worth their salt will tell a patient with OCD. Attempting to fight intrusive thoughts will just exacerbate them. What actually helps is learning to accept them, therefore robbing them of their power.

During the protests today a group of fascists WITH KNIVES AND IRON BARS attacked people protesting in my city. In another city, the police threw grenades at people resulting in at least 2 people losing fingers or hands and one their nose. They're removing our right to protest.
