Era só a formalidade que precisava ser consumada ✅ 🇧🇷 O Hub no Brasil foi um marco histórico, pois considerou a especificidade do nosso país — o único que fala português na América Latina — e nos trouxe a possibilidade de pensar no melhor modelo para a nossa realidade. 🎙️ No Hub estavam previstos X Spaces e Town Halls (com @mariacarmo369 @DanielaHubBr e @Munir_Lutfe, além da forte presença de @AtiloDomingos). E também todos os participantes e convidados que abrilhantaram cada um dos spaces e Town Halls. 📝 Geramos diversos conteúdos no Substack e redes sociais a partir dos Spaces, bem como resumos publicados sobre o que aconteceu. Mas fomos além 🚀 Com o esforço de @mariacarmo369, estivemos em diferentes cidades além de São Paulo com grandes parceiros em atividades presenciais. 👩‍🏫 No Rio de Janeiro, Maria esteve em uma comunidade carente falando sobre blockchain e Cardano, despertando interesse e até a ideia de um DAO cultural para a região. 🤝 Em Niterói (Rio de Janeiro), tivemos parceria com a Secretaria de Inovação de Niterói para capacitar mulheres do programa de formação da Prefeitura: em duas capacitações concentradas, todas abriram carteiras, fizeram exercícios, perguntas e se mostraram entusiasmadas em continuar essa jornada. 🎓 Passamos pela Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná, parceria com token economy de Curitiba e, por fim, firmamos parceria com o Observatório Nacional de Blockchain ligado ao Ministério da Ciência e Tecnologia, que divulgou nossas atividades e continuará publicando conteúdos, realizando eventos conjuntos e matérias sobre o Hub. 💡 Foram 6 meses intensos e de muito aprendizado sobre o que realmente traz impacto. Nossa experiência confirmou estudos de posicionamento de marca no Brasil: há uma fadiga de telas no pós-pandemia e um desejo crescente por encontros presenciais. #cardanocommunity ✨ Today Catalyst F13 completed the evaluation of all the Hub Cardano Brazil deliverables. It was just the formality that needed to be finalized ✅ 🇧🇷 The Hub in Brazil was a historic milestone, as it considered the specificity of our country — the only one in Latin America that speaks Portuguese — and gave us the opportunity to think about the best model for our reality. 🎙️ The Hub included X Spaces and Town Halls (with @mariacarmo369, @DanielaHubBr, and @Munir_Lutfe, along with the strong presence of @AtiloDomingos). In addition to the other participants and all the guests who joined us. govchainlab.substack.com/s/c… 📝 We produced various content on Substack and social media from the Spaces, as well as published summaries of what happened. But we went further 🚀 With the effort of @mariacarmo369, we were present in different cities beyond São Paulo, with major partners in on-site activities. 👩‍🏫 In Rio de Janeiro, Maria visited an underprivileged community to talk about blockchain and Cardano, sparking interest and even the idea of creating a cultural DAO for the region. 🤝 In Niterói (Rio de Janeiro), we partnered with the Niterói Innovation Secretariat to train women from the City Hall’s training program: in two concentrated workshops, everyone opened wallets, practiced exercises, asked questions, and showed great enthusiasm to continue this journey. 🎓 We also visited the Federal University of Technology of Paraná, partnered with Token Economy in Curitiba, and finally established a partnership with the National Blockchain Observatory linked to the Ministry of Science and Technology, which promoted our activities and will continue publishing content, organizing joint events, and covering Hub-related initiatives. 💡 These were six intense months full of learning about what really creates impact. Our experience confirmed branding studies in Brazil: there is a post-pandemic screen fatigue and a growing desire for in-person meetings. Despite strong online numbers, we noticed that in-person activities had a greater and more lasting impact. 🔮 In this new stage, if the community supports the continuation of Hub Brazil in F14, we will change the format: 📆 Monthly in-person meetings 💻 Online activities as support 🌐 Creation of a Hub website to showcase all Brazilian projects already approved in Catalyst, and also to promote new proposals so they can find partners if needed, and receive community feedback to submit even stronger projects. 🤝 Strengthening relations with existing institutional partners and expanding new ones 📺 Negotiation of a partnership with BM&C (a Brazilian business and economy TV and online media outlet) for publishing articles 📚 Workshops in coworking spaces to help the Brazilian community develop English vocabulary focused on Cardano, encouraging connection with the global community. 🚨 Soon it will be the community’s turn to decide: 👉 Support the Hub Cardano Brazil in Catalyst F14 🔗 Link: projectcatalyst.io/funds/14/…

5/ 🧠💡 In a time of AI-generated content, the real value will come from human content. Here, people value real stories, human warmth, and collective building. That’s the foundation of a solid community.

4/ 🌍 In-person events create memories, strengthen bonds, and inspire content that later spreads on social media. In Brazil, connection starts offline and comes to life online. Several studies in Brazil highlight a strong post-pandemic screen fatigue. People are no longer as engaged in online activities as they were before. Instead, there is a growing demand for real, in-person connection. More than just meetings, in-person gatherings create living stories. They generate memories, strengthen trust, and inspire participants to share new content across their own networks.

2/ 📊 What did we learn in F13? Online events were important to reach more people (We have already delivered all the milestones a while ago; the only thing missing is the update on the open site for the community). But it was the in-person moments that built trust, partnerships, and new initiatives. In Brazil, it’s face-to-face that strengthens the community.
