WOW! What must a customer do to get an answer from @Hermesparcels Customer Services who do not respond to emails for enquiry started 10 March 2021. Sarah Turner from the Executive Office and her CEO are most unhelpful. Hardly "the parcel people" they claim to be. Disgusted.
