St Mirren boss Craig McLeish confirms Niko Agrafiotis will be out until at least early December. Will give Sosa Sule a run of games to try to establish himself. Admits current run of 5 defeats in a row can’t go on.

Coach Ivan van Rooyen told SuperSport:
“We are already on our way to Edinburgh. Looking forward to spending quality time together as a team away from home over next 2 weeks.”
St Mirren have Niko Agrafiotis, Sammy Ramos and Marcus Fraser all available to face Hearts tomorrow. Luke Douglas expected back in training next week. Richard King to be assessed today after long trip back from Jamaica where he played 4 matches @bawarmy
Glasgow born Bobby Thomson.
“THE GIANTS WIN THE PENNANT! THE GIANTS WIN THE PENNANT!”
75 years ago today, Bobby Thomson hit what might be the most famous home run in baseball history.
In August 1951, the New York Giants trailed the Brooklyn Dodgers by 13 games in the National League standings. Over the final seven weeks of the season, the Giants roared back by going 37-7 to tie the Dodgers for first place and force a three-game playoff for a trip to the World Series.
The Giants won the first game 3-1, with Thomson hitting a two-run home run off Dodgers starter Ralph Branca.
The Dodgers blew out the Giants 10-0 in the second game.
The deciding third game was played on Oct. 3, 1951. It featured seven Hall of Famers, including Jackie Robinson and Wilie Mays.
Bottom of the ninth, two men on and one out, Branca was brought in from the bullpen to again face Thomson.
Thomson hit a walk-off three-run homer that came to be known as “The Shot Heard ‘Round The World.”

Tough night for Nathaniel Collins as he loses Euro featherweight bout to classy Liam Davies. Collins down in the first and suffered swollen and cut right eye soon after. Did well to soldier on for 7 rounds but coach Joe Ham does right thing in pulling him out. #DaviesCollins

Loved being back in Paisley today for the St Mirren launch of Bone Idol 📖
Frank McAvennie and Billy Stark were brilliant and told some great stories about their time with Jimmy 🏆
A huge thanks to everyone for their support today and since the book was published 🙌
All but done and dusted in Paisley by half time. United 3 up, far more clinical and composed. St Mirren all over the place at the back and offering nothing in attack.
St Mirren have tweaked things today and so far it's not worked. Nsio on the left and Kabia on the right with Phillips as a 10 isn't working. Sule also unconvincing up front. A long way back from here but got time.
Must admit I missed Marcello De Barros coming on for St Mirren late in the game as I was trying to salvage my match report at the time. But what a moment for the 15 year-old to make his league debut in such a big game. Hopefully the start of a special career.

St Mirren were hanging on in the first half but improved a lot in the second. Fraser Taylor has to score. Too many missed chances costing them in recent weeks. But still a lot to admire about how they’ve started the season.
Rangers have done everything but score in the first half here. Chapman been excellent in goals for St Mirren, some big saves. Saints need to find a way to hold onto the ball better
Asked Dujon Sterling his thoughts on facing an old school pacy left winger in St Mirren’s Arsenal loanee Ismeal Kabia.
“A lot of wingers don't really want to try and take me on. But if he's going to be direct hopefully I'm up for the challenge.”
Should be an interesting duel…
This is typically stellar from @alan_pattullo. Steve Clarke’s line about “St Mirren going bust” in the early

Craig McLeish hopeful of keeping Killian Phillips but admits “if something comes along that's too good for him or club to turn down, then we have to look at it.”
“Nothing concrete” done yet with Jake Young but talks have taken place. No more players likely in unless some go out.
Some finish from Jardell Kanga to probably earn Well a 3-3 draw. Saints have missed numerous chances to put the game to bed and can have no complaints
What a brilliantly entertaining game this has been regardless of the final outcome. Two teams (St Mirren and Motherwell) committed to attacking, passing football at pace. Does leave both vulnerable at the back but you have to admire the ambition
