Eryn Bonner has a pre-trial conference set for November 4 after the city filed two misdemeanors: disorderly conduct and interfering with police.
The charges stem from the July 19 Mill Avenue arrest that went viral.
Bonner has pleaded not guilty.
Her attorney, Benjamin Taylor, called the new charges vindictive and a bid to dodge civil liability. He also alleged an officer groped her during the arrest.

So it’s up to people to decide whether they trust one of the greatest athletes on Earth, or the Big Food-funded media and doctors, on whether raw milk is safe.

Every time Scott Gottlieb appears on television to comment on pharmaceutical policy, he's introduced as "former FDA Commissioner." That's accurate. It leaves out that he currently sits on Pfizer's board with fiduciary duties — a legal obligation to act in their financial interest. He ran the agency that regulated Pfizer. The law now describes him as working for Pfizer. One of those facts makes the chyron. The other one rarely does.
