🚨 BREAKING 🚨 ATF Releases NFA guidance in response to the Texas NFA lawsuit: "Effective October 9, 2026, ATF will no longer require individuals to seek ATF approval under the NFA before making or transferring short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, silencers, and “any other weapon[s]” as defined in 26 U.S.C. § 5845(e). ATF will also no longer require such items to be registered in the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record. These policies apply uniformly to anyone otherwise subject to these requirements, not just to the plaintiffs in the litigation."

VIRAMONTES ANTI-GUN BRIEFS JUST DROPPED đźš© Connecticut and Cook County filed their briefs defending "assault weapons bans." It's the usual anti-gun bingo. AR-15s are bad for self-defense, but they outgun the police. Too weak for hunting, yet too powerful for people. They measure AR-15s against a Glock, but Connecticut just banned them as well. This is what we can expect during oral arguments in December.

Massachusetts’ highest court just upheld a ban on handgun carry licenses for adults under 21. It rewrote founding-era militia rules—where 18-year-olds were expected to be armed—as a reason to disarm them until their 21st birthday. The Second Amendment does not begin at 21. This decision deepens the circuit split with courts that correctly recognized the rights of 18–20-year-olds. Full report: ammoland.com/2026/10/massach…

Body armor is going to be back on the menu, fellow New Yorkers.
BREAKING: A federal judge just struck down New York's body armor ban in Heeter v. James (FPC). Judge Sinatra held body armor is an "arm" under the 2A and the state had no historical analog. Permanent injunction issued, but stayed 14 days for appeal.

Alabama, this is your pro-gun ballot for Nov. 3. Every candidate in this thread filled out NAGR-PAC’s survey and scored 100% pro-gun. Not 90. Not “mostly.” 100. @ChairmanWahl, Lieutenant Governor.

Waiting for @GovKathyHochul to come out screaming and crying over the news. Remember: The only reason to ban body armor is to make you easier to shoot.

Spc. Noonan was far safer with his firearms, and yet was arrested for carrying his.

Is one of those handguns the one you took from Spc. Jakob Noonan and are prosecuting him for daring to carry, @JudgeJeanine?

Criminals are shooting at the National Guard in Jeanine Pirro’s D.C. Her office is busy prosecuting a Guardsman. On Oct. 18, a Guard member was shot breaking up a fight on Capitol Hill, and three Guardsmen returned fire. Meanwhile, Spc. Jakob Noonan still faces up to five years for the pistol he legally carries for self-defense in Oklahoma. The danger in D.C. is still real, and yet a Guardsman is facing charges for carrying a gun to defend himself. In February, @JudgeJeanine promised jail for gun owners who are law-abiding back home. Turns out she meant the Guard. Drop the charges against Spc. Noonan. Now.
