Defy the law and print a gun. Judge Frank M. Johnson Jr., emphasized that courts “can’t go out and just reach out and get cases” but must wait for “a genuine case or controversy between litigants that have standing.” Defiance isn’t just drama; it’s the spark that turns theory into testable law.

Gun laws deserve to be broken — Even Hamilton had it right. “There is no position which depends on clearer principles, than that every act of a delegated authority, contrary to the tenor of the commission under which it is exercised, is void. No legislative act, therefore, contrary to the Constitution, can be valid.” ~Alexander Hamilton

"An act against the Constitution is void: an act against natural equity is void: and if an act of parliament should be made, in the very words of this petition, it would be void. The executive courts must pass such acts into disuse." — James Otis Jr. — Writs of Assistance case and related pamphlets / speeches (1761–1770s), 1761

My permission slip is the end of the barrel of my gun.
Not only is Tennessee not a "constitutional carry" state, it criminalizes the carrying of firearms by default, and places the burden on the citizen to establish the exception. The @TNGOP has not reversed this. "Instead, a permit is a “defense” to the crime of carrying with intent to go armed and once again the burden to raise the defense is on the citizen." A Surety Was Never a Gun Seizure After Rahimi, prosecutors wave the surety laws around like a confiscation warrant. Read the American statutes. A complaint. A hearing. A bond. Not one of them took the gun. From 1795 on, the American answer to a man who frightened his neighbors was a hearing and a bond. It was never an open-ended order taking his gun.

Good people break bad laws. Carry anyway.
Two years ago, Everytown bragged about how it had helped get legal carry banned in more than half of schools in Oregon. Yesterday, someone had to ignore Everytown's reprehensible law to save lives, putting himself in legal peril to do so. The legislature should repeal it, now.

I should go to this to see how Sasha Renee Perez feels about all of the rights, including the right to keep and bear arms.

Hey Rob, They’d have to have the balls to stack up first.

PSA Reminder: Stand your ground against gun control enforcers. It is your duty. As Lysander Spooner reminds us -- "An officer of the government is an officer of the law only when he is proceeding according to law. The moment he steps beyond the law, he, like other men, forfeits its protection, and may be resisted like any other trespasser. An unconstitutional statute is no law, in the view of the constitution. It is void, and confers no authority on any one; and whoever attempts to execute it, does so at his peril. His holding a commission is no legal protection for him."

Your client is charged under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). The prior is old. It wasn't a crime against anyone's body. Everything since the sentence ended is clean. How do you argue it when the circuits don't ask the same question? 🧵

Illegitimate authority deserves no obedience. An act against the Constitution is void — James Otis. Lysander Spooner: To say an unconstitutional law must be obeyed until it is repealed is to treat it as equally obligatory as a constitutional one. That abolishes the Constitution and grants government unlimited power. The right to resist is absolute and unqualified from the moment the law is enacted. Treat usurpation as void. Noncompliance is the duty of free people.

Rights don’t require permission. “If such a proceeding is a breach of the law of nature, no law of society can make it just.” — James Otis Jr., 1764

People v. Polymaker LLC. San Diego County sued a spool of plastic. Giffords signed on, because of course they did. The crime is marketing. The filament worked, printers noticed, and nobody asked Gabby’s nonprofit for permission. They want an injunction, fines, and the profits. Not a win. A bill big enough that the next company shuts up. Giffords can’t repeal the First Amendment by calling nylon a ghost gun. Plastic doesn’t become a firearm because a press shop had a bad week. Now go print a gun.

Time to throw a few bucks to Polymaker. Ordering more filament. COME AND MAKE IT
San Diego County is suing filament maker Polymaker, alleging its "Come and Make It" marketing made 3D-printer filament a regulated "firearm precursor part." It seeks up to $2,500 per violation; the complaint says it doesn't seek to ban filament sales. youtu.be/edT9_PhWLeQ

Demetrio Daga. Dexter Taylor. New York charged them for making their own firearms. No sale. California looked at me for the same thing. They knew I would win. The right to keep and bear includes the right to acquire. Americans were making their own arms before there was a country.
Stand with Demetrio Daga. “We the people need to be a voice for the voiceless.” Speak up. Share his story. Make sure Demetrio and his family know they are not alone. 🇺🇸

Now do you think I'm crazy for refusing to register my firearms in California?
You get into an online spat with someone from New York. They know you're a gun owner, and they don't like your politics. A few weeks later, there's a knock on the door. It's the police, demanding you hand over your firearms. Why? A New York bureaucrat signed off on a Red Flag order against you. You don't even live in New York. Doesn't matter. Under AB 1753, signed by Gavin Newsom, California police can enforce out-of-state Red Flag orders. New video up on YouTube.

The Supreme Court denied a law-abiding trucker today. Florida permit. Georgia permit. Minnesota said the right dies at the line. Third permit, or case the gun. They never asked Minnesota to explain it. Then they denied the case. Rights don't stop at state lines. Rights do not require permission. They would not make you remarry at every border. They would not make you get permission to speak when you cross a state line. They just treated the Second Amendment like a favor, and they would not even look. Johnson v. Jacobson. No. 26-255. A denial is not a holding. It is a refusal to ask the question.
