Yes, the cops found out what it feels like to be tracked and they ALL resigned.
The story is WILD.
According to the city council, sometime in late August Mayor Craig Timmons decided he had a “problem” with the department’s work hours.
So, he bought a tracker with his own money and put it on Chief Bunn’s (chief of police) vehicle.
He also pointed a CAMERA at City Hall to watch employees come and go.
The chief resigned.
Every full-time officer resigned.
Most of the reserves resigned.
The city manager resigned.
...now hold that thought.
Right now, all over America, Flock cameras are going up on poles in towns just like Milner.
They photograph YOUR car, every day, everywhere you drive.
In many places, police can search that data WITHOUT A WARRANT.
And when regular people stand up at council meetings and object?
We’re told, “If you’ve done nothing wrong, you have nothing to hide.”
...but when the POLICE start to get tracked, they all resign????

Oh do I have a true story for you today…
Trip to Walmart today, I saw
an elderly lady stocking shelves. She dropped an item, I picked it up for her. In a very feeble voice, she says thank you. I asked how old she was, in her late 80’s. We talked a minute or two, she is going through so much, trying to survive.
I gave her a $100 bill, told her to get something she needed.
Why is anyone this old, in the United States, working? Why do politicians insist on taking care of the rest of the world? I'll never understand it, they are suppose to work for us!
Something needs to change. All I see is no respect, no discipline, no morals, want everything free!
It's a damn shame! People wonder why I hate politicians so bad!

I’m currently using @grokbot for Economy updates, spam call scrubbing, spam email scrubbing, Analyzing Financial data, personal assistant to my PC while I am away. It can do work and save or edit files in my computer while I am away. Analyzing calls for work, giving updates.

A bill needs to be passed that every SNAP card is issued with a photo of them on it, as well as government issued ID must be scanned with every purchase as if they were buying tobacco or alcohol. Both of those scans should be submitted to the government with every transaction.
She grabbed Spam and sushi, walked up and said $120. The cashier knew what was up. She made it ring up like the broker asked for. This makes me so sick, why in the hell am I paying taxes to just see this level of fraud!! That entire market should be seized, and everyone goes to jail.

If you're eligible for SNAP, your photo goes on the card and you're the only one who uses it. Simple.
We introduced the FAIR Act to require a photo ID on every EBT card. No more card sharing. No more stolen cards. No more taxpayer dollars going to people with no right to them.
This isn't complicated. It's common sense.

HYPOTHETICALLY… IF I BOUGHT MY HOUSE FOR $125,000 IN 2002 AND THE COUNTY NOW SAYS IT’S WORTH $487,000, WHERE DID I ACTUALLY MAKE $362,000?
Did I sell it? No.
Did I receive $362,000? No.
Did somebody hand me a check for the new assessed value? Obviously not.
But my property taxes still go up because, on paper, my house is suddenly worth hundreds of thousands more.
That’s the part that doesn’t make sense to me.
This isn’t income.
It isn’t cash sitting in my bank account.
It’s a number someone assigned to my property, and now I’m being billed based on that number.
If my stock portfolio doubles but I don’t sell, I haven’t turned that gain into cash.
If my salary stays the same, I don’t suddenly owe more income tax because someone thinks I’m worth more.
So why does owning a home work differently?
WHY AM I PAYING TAX ON A GAIN I NEVER REALIZED?
A house isn’t just an investment.
It’s where people live.
You can pay off the mortgage, own the property outright, and still face a bigger bill every year because the value of the house went up on paper.
At some point, you have to ask what “owning” something actually means if the cost of keeping it can keep rising because of money you never received.
THIS ISN’T ABOUT WHETHER THE HOUSE IS “WORTH” MORE.
IT’S ABOUT BEING CHARGED FOR VALUE YOU NEVER TURNED INTO CASH.
And people are starting to notice.
