Since @RishiSunak’s mini budget on Wednesday I’ve been working with @HIT_DEV & @HJUKJobBoard & @GetMyFirstJob to develop a #traineeship to #apprenticeship programme that will help young people get jobs with training - waiting for @ESFAgov to tell us how the funding will work!

I have been managing the art of sourdough which is a real labour of patience and not got the measure of the science yet but the results are all yummy. Several floured teatowels get assigned to the washing as I prove a loaf that will just pop away from the bowl it was proved in
Yes I am although never tried the flour. I wonder how it would work in a #sourdough
Jill it is #spelt #sourdough as it is an ancient wheat that I can still eat 🥰 and it is really amazing. So happy to have learned a new skill and all the family are having a go too!
