Stayed down. Trusted the work. One of the best two-way seasons in UTRGV history.
Southland Tournament up next.
Mission not finished.
Coming off a regular season title, Bethune-Cookman is the preseason SWAC favorite with its sights set on March. Keep an eye on 6’5 Mari Jordan. Former ESPN Top 100 recruit with Georgia & Tulane experience. All-SWAC + All-Defensive candidate with POY upside. @mari2tuff
Don’t be surprised when Eastern Kentucky makes a serious run at the inaugural UAC title. 6’6 Justin McCarter will be a big reason why. Versatile two-way wing, elite on-ball defender and makes everyone around him better. All-UAC + All-Defensive Team candidate. @JustinMcCarter9

6'4" guard Damond Matthews @DamondMatthews2 stood out in a big way during this month's jamboree games. The elite JUCO prospect arrives at national powerhouse South Plains College (TX) @SPCTexanMBB following a dominant freshman season where he posted 19.0 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 3.8 assists per game. A true complete guard, he impacts winning across every facet—scoring, rebounding, playmaking, and locking down on defense. He enters the year as one of the premier JUCO guard prospects in the nation.

Blessed & thankful to share that 6’11 F Ced Taylor has received another D1 offer from Jacksonville State University (CUSA) following a great conversation with Coach Jeremie Hart.
Appreciate Coach Hart and the staff for believing in Ced and his game!

Putting this one on record early: John Broom is going to be one of the better two-way wings in the America East this season.
6’5 lefty shooter with active hands and playmaking ability. Featured role for Vermont this year.
All-League. All-Defense. Remember this one. @johnbroom3

One name I expect to find his way onto an All-Sun Belt team: Eltramon Smith Jr.
6’7 long, athletic wing. Proven JUCO producer, lefty with a stroke, rebounds, defends multiple spots & makes plays in transition. All-Defensive candidate too. Big junior year coming. @Eltramonsmith

Stay away from grown ass men with no responsibilities… it’s a matter of time before they drag you down
Koree Cotton brings a rare combination of size, versatility and two-way impact to DePaul. A First Team All-Conference and All-Defensive Team selection who can defend multiple positions, create his own offense and change games on both ends. The Big East is in for a shock.
