The average age in my medical speciality is 54 and 35% are over 65 years old. Younger physicians increasingly do not practice clinical medicine, aren’t practicing full-time, or are retiring early. Doctors practicing beyond 65 are enabling a failed system. Time to pull the rug on the charade that our government has created.

The lack of affordability is a direct consequence of passing the Affordable Care Act in 2010.
Changes to the ACA and Medicaid leading to millions losing coverage and increases in health care expenses legitimately occupy a lot of political focus. But, lack of affordability for the 157 million people with employer coverage should get more attention.
