ICE activity, whether it is within the affected circuit jurisdiction or not, have begun to run rampant ever since the ruling within the 5th Circuit in regards to Habeas Corpus. Whether you are a legal or refugee, I would recommend staying vigilant. It is the worst abuse of power.
