Just after 4am Hanson Fire was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident on Brook St at Brook Bend Rd. Firefighters found a single car MVA with heavy damage and the driver entrapped in the vehicle. @bostonmedflight was requested to transport the single occupant to a Boston Hospital. – at Hanson, MA

This afternoon 6 year old Nicholas "Tripp" Nugent and his family visited the Hanson Police Department. Tripp was presented with a $5000 check from Tom Grenham on behalf of Cops For Kids With Cancer to assist with expenses for his treatment.@CopsForKids1

Today Lieutenant Kevin Mossman has officially retired from the Hanson Fire Department after 28 years of service. Lt Mossman served in many roles throughout his career including union president, most recently as fire prevention.
