Hello Germany.
Ukraine still needs the Taurus—urgently.
🇩🇪🇺🇦🚀 Zelensky:
“Taurus” is a sensitive topic. Now I will explain why. This will be both an explanation and an answer to some skeptics who say: “We are helping Ukraine, but what does Ukraine do for us?” Here is an example. The IRIS-T air defense system.
We made IRIS-T the number one brand in the world after “Patriots”, which are anti-ballistic. Now this system costs from 600 thousand to about a million - one and a half million. This war did this.
It also tightened up all the problematic issues, because only in a real war can you really get rid of the weaknesses of this or that defense. Germany has a queue for orders for 10-20 years. The cost of the missile has increased many times, dozens of times. And all this is jobs.
Why do we want to order “Taurus”? Because when the Americans couldn’t give us anti-ballistic missiles for air defense, we have only one way out: to destroy the Russian launchers. They have built entire sites and are killing us, and we can’t defend ourselves. These are not civilian objects, not infrastructure, not energy. That’s why we really wanted to order the Taurus. Not just order them, but also test them. This is beneficial for both sides.

Mili Państwo, ukraiński wywiad wojskowy podsumował uderzenia na rafinerie i powiem Wam, ciekawa to lektura. Spójrzcie sami, co się działo w Rosji według danych na koniec września tego roku:
🔥Aż 15 z 38 największych rosyjskich rafinerii zostało wyłączonych z eksploatacji;
🔥Kolejnych 12 musiało ograniczać produkcję;
🔥Łączne przeroby ropy w zaatakowanych zakładach zmniejszyły się o 55,4% w porównaniu z początkiem roku;
🔥Ukraińskie uderzenia spowodowały straty szacowane na ponad 23,2 mld dolarów;
🔥Najpoważniejsze problemy dotyczą rafinerii odpowiadających za około 33% rosyjskiego przerobu ropy;
🔥Rosjanie ukrywają dane o sytuacji - zrobiono to dekretem nr 686 z 28 września 2026 r., który ograniczył dostęp do informacji o produkcji rafineryjnej.

The bottom line is that Putin and Russia are willing to sacrifice standard of living along with rights & everything associated with life in the developed world for a last gasp of imperial war. Meanwhile, Europe frets about pennies more for gas while Ukrainians pay in blood.
NATO Secretary General makes a very important point:
Russia has grown its military potential and is spending about 40% of its state budget on the war and related expenses.
"You could say Russia has a smaller economy, but their purchasing power with that money is also much greater than ours because of the structure of their economy. They can buy more with it."
Zelensky says Ukraine has not received $16 billion in US assistance agreed under previous arrangements.
“We are grateful for everything that has been given, but Ukraine should, at the very least, fight to secure these funds,” he said.

The topic of Taurus missiles is a sensitive one. Let me explain why. This will be both an explanation and an answer to some skeptics who say: “We help Ukraine, but what is Ukraine doing for us?” Here is an example. The IRIS-T air defense system. An excellent German system, and we are grateful to its manufacturers. Every type of defense is important for Ukraine, but it is also important for German industry.
We have made IRIS-T the world’s number one system after the Patriot, which is an anti-ballistic system. Today, it costs somewhere between $600,000 and around $1 million to $1.5 million. That’s the result of this war. We have also helped address all the problem areas, because only in a real war can you truly eliminate the weaknesses of a particular defense system. Germany now has orders backed up for 10 to 20 years. The cost of a missile has gone up severalfold, even by tens of times. And all of this means jobs.
Why do we want to order Taurus missiles? Because when the Americans were unable to supply us with anti-ballistic interceptors for our air defense, we were left with only one option: to destroy Russian launchers. They have built entire launch sites and are killing us, while we have no way to defend ourselves. These are not civilian targets, infrastructure, or energy facilities. That is why we really wanted to order Taurus missiles. And not simply to order them, but, once again, to test them as well. It benefits both sides.

When Putin seized Crimea, both Europe and America were quite openly making calls, holding meetings, and sending signals to the Ukrainians who were in power at the time that there should be no escalation – let's just keep things friendly and leave things as they are for now. And we lost Crimea. After that, we lost part of Donbas. But the shooting in the east continued. There was no peace.
People think we were always helped. That is not true. Help started coming after the full-scale invasion, but that was after eight years of Russia occupying our territory. That is a long time to figure things out and understand that Putin has no intention of giving anything back to us.
At one point, some Europeans asked me: “Why do you think that if you withdraw from Donbas, he will go further?” And I answered: “Because at the beginning of the war, he wasn't seizing Donbas. He came to the capital. He seized parts of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions, Kherson itself, and Kharkiv region.” We have retaken a lot of territory, but he had seized different parts of our country. And now they want us to give them something because they are unable to seize it. We may have a smaller territory, less money, and fewer weapons, but we still have more dignity than many others. We will do everything we can to end this war, but it must end in a way that preserves our dignity.

🇺🇦🇷🇺 ZELENSKYY WARNS MOSCOW: NO PART OF RUSSIA IS BEYOND UKRAINE’S REACH
Volodymyr Zelenskyy has delivered a warning to the Kremlin, declaring that Ukrainian forces can now reach targets once considered safely beyond the frontlines.
His message comes as Ukraine continues expanding its long-range strike capabilities, increasingly challenging Russia’s ability to protect military installations and infrastructure deep inside its territory.
For years, Moscow has launched missiles and drones against Ukrainian cities from positions far beyond the reach of most Ukrainian weapons.
That geographical advantage is becoming less reliable.
Ukraine’s domestically developed drones have demonstrated that distance alone cannot guarantee protection. Military airfields, ammunition depots and facilities supporting Russia’s war effort must now account for threats hundreds of kilometres from the battlefield.
And that creates a difficult problem for Russian military planners.
Every additional installation requiring air defence protection competes for systems, personnel and resources that could otherwise be deployed closer to the front.
Zelenskyy’s declaration is a statement of Ukraine’s expanding capabilities, not proof that every target in Russia can be struck successfully.
But the strategic implications are significant.
Russia’s invasion has forced Ukraine to develop weapons capable of reaching the infrastructure sustaining the war.
Moscow can no longer assume that launching attacks from deep inside Russian territory means operating beyond Ukraine’s ability to respond.
