After staying at an Airbnb at the @SuitesofEuston in Charlottetown PEI, I had to cancel upon seeing the state of their staircase which was steep with no railings. My 84 year old mother would have surely fallen. @Airbnb @AirbnbHelp - see more below
this is the staircase - no railing on the way down. i didn't feel safe, let alone my 84 year old mom. @Airbnb is a negligent company for allowing this.
