Its about giving a voice to all SME’s so we can better understand the recruitment/ apprenticeship landscape, and then make the findings available to better champion their cause to Gov

We have an exciting project coming up! We're launching the Employer Research Project 📈
Aligned to our strategic ambitions to amplify the voice of our employers and apprentices, we are commissioning a project to further investigate these challenges. We hope that this will allow us to develop recommendations to improve our current provision, whilst also presenting these findings to Government and other stakeholders, with the aim of influencing apprenticeship policy.
We will be exploring the question: 'How does the current apprenticeship system support or hinder smaller employers' efforts to recruit and retain young apprentices, especially those with additional learning and support needs?'
If your organisation would be interested in supporting this work (for example, supporting dissemination of the findings or alignment to similar policy recommendations), please do get in touch with [email protected].
The full brief of this project is available upon request.
