I find it quite disheartening that the frozen US “fresh” hops are getting everyone so excited. You know we have actual fresh ones here? There are some great new British hops around at the moment, I brewed green hop beers in September with Ernest and Emperor, both mind blowing.

The inspiration for this cider is rooted in history. The London & Nissouri Hop Society, in operation from 1835-1868 was headquartered two farms from us. Dry Hopped Cider pays homage to hop farming in SW Ontario.
