October 20th is a lucky day for Miss Clara, 83, Metro East and Sally, a single working mom of 3, South County; and Tim, a college senior, North City. They all got disconnect notices on Monday. Within 5 hrs HeatUpStlouis.Org stopped the actions. They’re on a budget plan now.
