Thinly sliced sirloin steak over short-grain rice, topped with fresh chives, toasted chili sesame seeds, Kewpie mayonnaise, yellow onion, and grated apple.
Sauce being a blend of mirin, Chinese light soy sauce, sugar, and a touch of Red Bull.
I'd probably add pickled red onion next time and figure out what spices would go along together with the rice, but generally pretty good and fast to make
