Two sides to this:
Women’s safety angle : In appropriate touch and continuous staring on public transport can make women uncomfortable.
Many times such behaviour is ignored or normalised.
Making Content angle :
She may simply be making a travel reel, and the man became an unplanned supporting character.
Keeping the camera rolling is common among content creators.

61 of 120 seats are needed to command a parliamentary majority.
Netanyahu’s bloc currently leads but remains eight seats short.
Eisenkot’s bloc needs additional support, potentially from Arab-led parties, a politically contentious option.
Netanyahu remains caretaker prime minister while negotiations proceed. If no government can be formed, another election in 2027 is possible.
Bottom line :-Netanyahu is ahead in the partial count, but he has not won a clear mandate to govern. The final results and coalition negotiations will determine who becomes Israel’s next prime minister.
