I’m going to ask if people would be up for another General Election when I’m out canvassing later - I’m genuinely not sure how this one would pan out.

British Columbia a good data point for the “don’t call a snap election” arguments with clear parallels to UK dynamics. NDP call election with poll lead, when opponents on right are in turmoil. Conditions look ideal and yet voters don’t look kindly on it and Conservatives win big.

Replying to @unitedutilities
@unitedutilities Residents in #Kelsall have been in touch again today following more water outages. Your frontline staff have been helpful, but residents need more than temporary repairs. Will you commit to prioritising replacement of the ageing water mains?

This has been going on for years. Repeated bursts, temporary fixes and constant disruption. One resident has said their water flow has halved following supply changes. Others have gone for 48 hours without water. When can we get a lasting solution?

I think I’ve done something daft. Or amazing. Cant figure out which. Both?

Labour’s handling of the Sustainable Farming Incentive has been a shambles. Bad for farmers, bad for nature. The Conservatives have a common sense plan to back British farmers and protect our countryside. Watch my question to the Secretary of State 👇

Got hundreds of people to sign a petition? ✍️ The council can still say no. So do petitions actually achieve anything? And what happens when enough people sign one? Here’s how it works. 👇 #ExplainerFriday #Chester #CheshireWest #Council

Well this is a bit bloody lovely… I’ve been nominated for a RailStaff Award ❤️ I hate asking for votes, but I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built with ManKind. So I’m swallowing my awkwardness 😂 If you think what we’re doing matters, I’d genuinely love your vote 👇
