🇵🇱🚨 The #HindRajabFoundation, the @fidh_en and @elsclegal have appealed the Warsaw District Prosecutor’s decision to dismiss their criminal complaint against representatives of Nitro-Chem S.A., a state-owned company based in Poland, one of the world's largest TNT producers, and a major supplier to United States (U.S.) and NATO weapons manufacturers. Nitro-Chem supplies the explosive core for US-made bombs, likely deployed in Gaza.

🚨The #HindRajabFoundation has filed an Article 15 communication with the ICC calling for an investigation into Israeli officials, medical professionals and the Israeli Medical Association (IMA) over the death, torture and ill-treatment of Palestinian detainees at Sde Teiman. The submission argues that the conduct documented in the filing amounts to war crimes, crimes against humanity, and acts of genocide under the Rome Statute.

The Article 15 submission calls on the ICC Prosecutor to investigate a chain of responsibility extending from senior political officials who designed the policy and officials who issued binding directives, to the military commanders, medical professionals, and professional bodies that implemented or legitimized the system.
Those identified include former Ministers of Health Moshe Arbel and Uriel Buso, IMA President Professor Zion Hagay, IMA Chief Executive Officer Advocate Leah Wapner, and IMA Ethics Board Chair Dr. Yosef Walfisch, among others named in the communication.
Meanwhile, the IMA is at the World Medical Association (WMA) General Assembly in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, where delegates are debating medical ethics. It represents over 90% of Israeli physicians—including doctors who served at Sde Teiman—and its leadership holds positions within the WMA itself.

🇺🇳 Today, U.S. Rep. for the #HindRajabFoundation, @jake_romm, attended The Hague Group’s Extraordinary Meeting in Defence of International Law at the UN Headquarters in New York. States called for action in response to Israel’s genocide in Palestine and southern Lebanon, but rhetoric is not enough. What is missing: commitments to prosecute and arrest Israeli perpetrators and strengthen universal jurisdiction.
HRF does this work because states will not. We will continue pursuing perpetrators wherever they may be found.

A @WHO assessment documented extensive destruction at Al-Shifa Hospital, including 14 destroyed incubators in the neonatal intensive care unit. Three mass graves were later discovered in the hospital courtyards, containing at least 80 bodies (left).
