๐Ÿ€ We simulated tonight's OKC @ Spurs 5,000 times Every possession is built from real 2025-26 play-by-play: where each player shoots from, how often he makes it, who he passes to, and who's guarding him. Here's the most typical game โฌ

Self-monitoring is core to self-regulated learning (Zimmermanโ€™s model) and behavior change research. Tracking performance builds awareness, drives precise adjustments, fuels motivation via visible progress, and improves adherence/outcomesโ€”backed by training-log studies in sports and meta-analyses on exercise/self-regulation. HoopLog puts it into action for basketball: players log shots/drills/workouts, instantly seeing % , streaks, and heatmaps while coaches get live dashboards and accountability. It turns โ€œI workedโ€ into measurable data and deliberate practice loops. The 247k+ shots logged already prove teams are using it to grind smarter. The science and the results line up. ๐Ÿ€

We have tracked hundreds of millions of shots and cracked the equation revealing the perfect metrics of a shot! On each shot we measured the arc, depth, and left/right positioning and our research shows that
