Draining the swamp is a mandate, and we have an obligation to deliver. Entrenched interests have exercised power in Washington under both parties for decades. President Trump and I intend to keep fighting until the American people—not corporate influence—drive our health policies.
I stand firmly behind President Trump and the historic reforms we are advancing together.
In less than two years, this administration has rewritten federal dietary guidelines to emphasize real food, secured commitments from major food companies to remove petroleum-based synthetic dyes and other additives, launched systematic reviews of chemicals already in our food supply, and proposed requiring companies to notify the FDA before introducing ingredients they independently deem safe. These are concrete steps toward accountability that Americans demanded.
We have hundreds of other accomplishments but there's still more work to do. We must finish food-ingredient reform, advance our work on ultra-processed foods, and put children’s health at the center of federal policy. I will keep pressing those priorities across this administration and work with anyone in either party who will help deliver them.
The American people deserve a government that puts their health first. President Trump gave me a mandate to put prevention at the center of health care and end the chronic disease epidemic to Make America Health Again.
Let’s remember.
Per the Constitution, it is illegal for states to create a new compact together against the federal gov.
Trying to remove the EC but for a state to say they will cast an electoral vote against the will of the vote of the people in that state, cannot happen.
A statewide Electoral College could give rural communities more influence—but would it balance representation or weaken the principle of one person, one vote? That conversation deserves a serious look. #ElectoralCollege #VotingRights
This is exactly why we need a state level electoral college system.
No more having a couple largely populated areas overrun small communities with zero voice.
The issues we faced when creating the Const with states disparities, we are now seeing internally at a state level.
Stacking the Supreme Court.
Ending the Electoral College.
Prosecuting political opponents.
Overwhelming the social program system.
While they spend the last 2 years holding No-Kings protests.
It’s a complete effort to impose a One Party System. And never give authority again.

While Kansas law requires a mandatory audit, it appears that I have won my race to serve you as your next Secretary of State.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you to the people of Kansas for entrusting me with this solemn responsibility.
I want to thank Jennifer Day for a hard-fought race and for standing up to serve her neighbors. A campaign is a contest. The office is not. I have been elected to serve all Kansans, including her, and every Kansan who voted for her. And I commit to doing so.
This campaign was about restoring confidence in our elections by making sure that every valid vote--and only valid votes--are counted. And it was about transforming our Business Division into an entrepreneurship engine by shifting the burden from business owners having to know all the regulatory burdens to government having to tell them and help them comply.
Now the real work begins. I will hit the ground running on the transition, so this office is ready to administer elections every Kansan can trust and grow our economy so it benefits all Kansans.
Last night, Kansas entrusted me with that job. I am humbled by it, and I will strive to be worthy of the sweat and treasure that an army of everyday Kansans invested in me.
Thank you. God bless you, God bless Kansas, and God bless the United States of America. #ksleg
It will be even more entertaining when they have to replace the seat after she’s arrested in her DC office.
A 17point shift in young men turning from Trump and Republicans yesterday.
Affordability isn’t fixed yet so we vote for the side wanting to give you everything through redistribution?
I don’t buy it.
Why do you think the young generation shifted?

Last night was a difficult night in Kansas and around the country. But I'm grateful to the hundreds of thousands of Kansans who stood with us, and to every volunteer who gave their time to this campaign.
The first count does not seem to be going our way, but the margin is narrow enough that Kansas law calls for another look, and we'll let that process finish. Every Kansan deserves to know the result is right.
Whatever the outcome, the fight for lower property taxes, safer communities and better schools doesn't end tonight. I'll keep working for those things no matter what, and I'll work with anyone who wants to get them done.
Let’s make sure the side that celebrates the silencing of any political opposition does not get power again.
The political rhetoric this season is wild.
Is time to know the real @RogerMarshallMD
