Building and deploying one of the first machine learning-based tools for sepsis care was a very exciting experience. Thanks everyone in our team: @ynahmad, @AndongZhan, @katharineehenry, Nishi Rawat, and @suchisaria.
Our tool has been now in use for more than 16 months at @HopkinsHowardC @HopkinsMedicine. I learned a lot about designing ML-based clinical decision support tools to drive change in patient care.
