While our communities suffer the impact others gain the Benefits of this development. It clearly shows how stakeholders in this area are being treated by @BritishLandPLC the noise and mess left was was terrible. The wildlife have suffered from noise noticeably since August.

@TfL can you pls explain why Lower road SE16 traffic lights system is causing more congestion than needed. Lights change quicker in smaller roads take much longer in busy roads. Lower road is gridlocked morning and evenings. @colin_boyle_ @coyleneil it’s worse than ever before.
Still no reply from elected representatives about the problems with slow traffic lights system at SQuays junction. What about helping residents living on this road instead of just Businesses. We are under a pollution crisis, but as long as it’s not where you live it’s seems fine.

This is the inherent problem of expecting the free market to solve social problems like a lack of housing, there’s no profit to be made in addressing the supply crisis.
Better to leave homes unbuilt until they can cream off enough of a premium.
