Update: At this Cancun resort where they have concerts, about 90% of the crowd is here for the music and the rest just stumble into the chaos.
Just talking to a guy from Texas whose roofing and restoration company has sent him here the last 3 years, and his stay straddles when Dave Matthews plays, followed a few days later by Phish. His testimony:
“Dave fans are assholes. The Phish people are pretty cool.”
As a good journalist, I pressed him for details. “The Dave people act like drunken 17 years olds spending their parents’ trust funds. I haven’t met a Phish family I haven’t liked. They’re just more chill.”
I report this information with no judgment or bias.

Actually he does appear to reach for a weapon, Geraldo - he grabs at his hollster but all that's in there is a spare magazine. That's the object shown in his hand (not a cellphone, not a gun). Are you going to suggest law enforcement officers - who you've known your entire career - are supposed to risk getting shot when they know a subject has a gun and he reaches for his holster and comes up with something in his hand - all the while while being told not to resist. You know that's not how law enforcement is trained, for good reason. Stop pretending you don't know your history!

🚨 BREAKING: 16 BILLION PASSWORDS LEAKED: APPLE, GOOGLE, FACEBOOK USERS EXPOSED
What’s being called the largest password leak in history has just been confirmed: 16 billion login credentials, many from major platforms like Apple, Google, Facebook, GitHub, and more, are now exposed and circulating.
Researchers say the leak comes from 30 separate datasets, most of it new, not recycled.
And it’s not just usernames and passwords... URLs, emails, and full login sequences are included.
This isn’t just a breach. It’s a blueprint for mass phishing, account takeovers, and digital identity theft at global scale.
“This is fresh, weaponizable intelligence at scale,” said researchers.
And it’s live now.
Act fast. Stay ahead. Or get locked out.
