tested my friend's new tool custom(.)one on my client inbound. instead of a dead google form, it builds a personalized interactive flow that asks the right follow-up depending on what they check. by the time i open their intake, i know their exact stack, their timeline, and if they can actually afford to work together. cuts out the tire-kickers before i waste an afternoon writing proposals. gg @HuguesTrjs

We just crossed $100K ARR. Honestly, the milestone isn't what excites me the most. The first $100K taught me a few things: • Ship before you're ready.
• Support tickets are product feedback in disguise.
• Qualified traffic beats viral traffic every single time.
• The best product is the one that sells itself.
• Churn teaches you more than new customers ever will. But the biggest lesson? Building a SaaS isn't about learning. It's about unlearning everything you thought you knew. Looking back, I don't think the hardest part was reaching $100K ARR. The hardest part was building the foundations. Today the product is stable.
Customers are getting results.
And for the first time, we know exactly what we're building. $100K ARR is nothing. It just means we're finally ready to accelerate. Next stop: $1M ARR.

User per user… Clients per clients 📈 Soon 3 months after our launch. Far from our 1M$ ARR target before the end of the year… But we are still learning and we are almost ready to launch our V2 and start our international marketing and growth ✌🏼

We just crossed $5K MRR in 10 weeks building our SaaS. The revenue is nice. The lessons are worth much more. A few things that surprised me: 1The customers I helped the most were often the ones making the least progress. Coming from an agency background, I thought more support = better outcomes. Turns out SaaS ≠ agency. 2Our best customers are the ones we barely know. They sign up. They explore. They figure things out. They get results. 3Traffic means nothing. I'd rather have 100 qualified visitors than 10,000 curious ones. 4Demos are addictive. At first, they're great. Then they become a crutch. And suddenly you've built a business that depends on you. 5Users are excellent at describing problems. They're usually terrible at designing solutions. Your job is to understand the pain. Not blindly build every feature request. 6Content is still our best acquisition channel. Even posts with 1,000 views. Even posts with 10 likes. 7The better the product gets, the less selling you need to do. 8Execution beats strategy. Launch. Observe. Fix. Repeat. 9Nobody knows exactly what they're doing. Every founder is testing. Every founder is learning. Every founder is guessing more than they admit. 10Vision matters more than MRR. $5K MRR is cool. What's exciting is seeing customers get results. Seeing larger companies show interest. Feeling that we're building something genuinely different. 10 weeks. $5K MRR. A lot of mistakes. And it still feels like Day 1. Still looking for growth marketer ✌🏼 DM me if you’re interested to join the team !

Just crossed $5k MRR in less than 3 months. Honestly, what’s interesting isn’t the number. It’s that we’re starting to feel real traction. People are talking about the product. Customers are referring other customers. Bigger companies are starting to reach out. The funny thing is… we’re not growth people. We’re not outbound experts. We don’t have crazy automations. We don’t have a secret playbook. We’ve mostly been building, talking to users and improving the product every day. Which is why I think we’re now missing a piece of the puzzle. I’d love to meet people who are genuinely world-class at growth. Not necessarily people looking for a job today. Just talented people who know how to take something that’s working and make it grow much faster. If that’s you, or if someone comes to mind, tag him or send me a DM. I’d love to show you what we’re building.

Almost $5K MRR in less than 3 months. Feels like we’re slowly starting to find our market. The goal now is simple: hit $1M ARR before the end of the year… and build something much bigger after that. So we’re looking for an absolute beast in Growth to join us. If you want to be part of the adventure or know someone who’d fit perfectly send me a DM ✌🏼

Word of mouth is starting to kick in. In the marketing world, people are curious: “How are they sending personalized videos to every lead… automatically… without AI?” So people start digging. Funnel hacking. And eventually, they find us. Because right now, we’re the only ones doing this. But innovation has a cost: → you don’t know exactly where to go → you see your ICPs, but not the right one yet So you start spreading yourself too thin. Too many directions. Too many fronts. We’re a team of 4. Already maxed out. So we had to choose: Option 1: keep doing everything manually (demos, onboarding, support) We know it works. Option 2: go all-in on self-serve And accept: → losing users → frustrating some → slowing down short-term growth For now, we chose: we stopped acquisition. Full focus on existing users. Goal: → deliver real results → build strong case studies → create undeniable proof Then we scale. Because without proof… you scale nothing. Target unchanged: $1M ARR this year.

First self-serve customer. No onboarding. No help. Paid $400. Built and launched his funnel in 3 hours. → 100 leads already processed → 100 personalized videos sent Our product isn’t ready. Our onboarding is still weak. And it still works. That’s when you know: it’s not a UX win. it’s a product-market signal. Now we fix the friction and scale it.

Building a SaaS in public — Week 4 🌍 +50% growth week over week. Early feedback has been… insane. First “larger” clients are now testing it. And the pattern is consistent: → cheaper leads → better qualified → better handled Every single lead receives a personalized video. → 60%+ watch the full video → the message actually lands And then everything downstream changes: → more booked calls → warmer leads → higher conversion per lead I know it sounds too good to be true. But that’s what happens when you rethink acquisition from the ground up. Our clients are testing a new type of funnel. Something that didn’t exist before. Even large companies are starting to look into it. For now, we’re still pushing the snowball manually. But I can’t wait to accelerate. Personalized video might become → the acquisition funnel of the year. Just getting started. Building everything in public.

+$1,500 MRR in the first 30 days. Don’t know if it’s “good”. But I’m starting to feel it. Every new customer = revenue that keeps coming back. That’s the magic of SaaS. Building in public makes it even crazier.

The feeling of making sales with a SaaS is something else. Every new customer = +$149 in MRR. It doesn’t look like much when it’s just one per day. But it adds up. And that’s what makes it so exciting. Best feeling in the world.

We just crossed 100 users in under 30 days. And they’re not just users. They’re early adopters of what acquisition will look like in 2026. Over the past weeks, I’ve done dozens of demos. From solopreneurs to public companies. Same reaction every time: “this changes everything.” Sending a personalized video to every lead: → 100 companies already implementing it → 5 converted before the end of their free trial → 7,000+ videos sent automatically It acts like: → an SDR → a pre-sales call → a qualification layer But scalable. And the numbers are insane: → 60%+ watch rate → 20% CTR to the next step This isn’t +5–10%. This is 2x, 3x performance. And it goes beyond acquisition. Support. Onboarding. Retention. 1:1 video at scale changes everything.

How I crossed $1K MRR in 21 days building a SaaS in public: (and what actually worked 👇) Week 3. $1K MRR. I’m completely new to SaaS. But one thing became obvious fast: ship early, get feedback faster. I started by going all-in on content. Posting everywhere. I stopped after 5 days. Why? Traffic was coming… but nothing was converting. People didn’t understand what we were building. So all that traffic = noise. Useless. I changed strategy immediately. Instead of scaling traffic… I went after my ideal users manually. LinkedIn. WhatsApp. Instagram. Direct messages. Real conversations. Then I started stacking demos. Not to sell. To understand: → how people think → how they describe their problems → how they see the product I onboard every user manually. I’m literally on WhatsApp with them. Helping them move forward. Self-serve doesn’t work yet. And that’s fine. What we’re missing right now: → strong case studies → clear product education → real “aha” moments People need to get it fast. We also launched an aggressive freemium. Free until results. Which means: great users coming in… but not paying yet. So yes, there will be a 30–45 day delay before MRR really scales. That’s expected. Now the real challenges: → stop relying on demos → build real self-serve onboarding → hire for sales → ship faster (daily if possible) One thing that surprised me: I kept posting on LinkedIn even with low reach (1–2K views). And it converts like crazy. ~10 demos/week from it. Lesson: 1,000 qualified views 100,000 useless ones. We’re just getting started. I’ll document everything. No filters. No bullshit.

Building a SaaS in public — Week 3 📈 Just crossed $1K MRR in 21 days. Not bad. But there’s still a lot to fix: bugs, onboarding, overall experience. Self-serve onboarding should feel effortless. Right now, it doesn’t. Back to work ✌🏼

For the first time in months… I finally did it. Built an AI that replicates me almost perfectly. Now I can just prompt it → and get professional studio photos This is crazy. Curious what you think… would you use something like this?

Came back on LinkedIn after a few months off. Reach is kinda trash now. But post by post, it still adds up: → impressions → traffic to the site → 15 demos booked in the last 2 weeks So yeah… not crazy numbers, but still working. I just miss the days when reach was insane
