Hey @x why when I report a post is there not an option to say it’s fraud? I reported some scammers who tried to get my bank details through your messaging service and the only option I could click was illegal content. You have said it doesn’t violate your rules. It is fraud!

I was attending a concert in London that has been cancelled. My hotel is @TravelodgeUK - as i had booked a budget room they wont refund or rearrange - fair enough, but i added on a meal deal on the booking and they wont refund that . That seems unfair to me - thoughts?
