Builder spotlight: @crusan80 He built a market-making bot on Hydranet. It rests buy and sell orders around the live price, manages its own channel liquidity, and only places maker orders. On Hydranet, makers earn a rebate when their orders fill. Build yours: docs are in the first reply.
API console v3.0.0 has been running without issues 🚀 Paper mode to test before going live, presets, an external price anchor and pull/resume quoting without stopping the bot. Next round of invites in 10 days! Thanks @HydranetX team #HDN

Epoch 2 has under two weeks left. Got in with an Invite-Key? You can mint one each epoch. Spread them wide. Each round, your feedback ships, the platform gets more refined, and a new batch of people starts building on Hydranet rails. Who did you give yours to, and why?

Hydranet is inherently private. Trades on Hydranet move through payment channels, the same architecture the Lightning Network is built on. Lithium was born to bring the rest into the fold.

Building a trading bot on Hydranet? The Bot Quickstart walks the whole loop on one page: connect a node, fund it, open channels for a pair, place an order, and see it fill. The Quickstart link is in the first reply. Start there, then tune your own strategy on top.

Two ways to trade on Hydranet. Spot: limit orders on the order book. You manage channels on both sides of the pair yourself. Simple Swap: pick a pair and an amount. Simple Swap sets up the channels for you and shows the total cost before you confirm. Spot or Swap? Tell us which you'd pick 👇

One secret, two locks. In a Hydranet swap, both payments are locked to the same hash. Claiming what you receive reveals the secret, and that same secret unlocks what you sent. Both payments complete, or neither does. If a swap stalls, the timelock lets the locked funds be refunded to the sender.

Your Hydranet wallet can pay and receive Lightning invoices. The Bitcoin side connects to the public Lightning Network. EVM assets run on Lithium, Lightning-style channels. Swaps connect the two on supported pairs. One wallet, both sides.

What's live on Hydranet Spot right now: Bitcoin: BTC Ethereum: ETH, USDC, USDT Arbitrum: USDC, USDT, HDN Spot order book, settled peer to peer from your own wallet. This is our starting set. More chains and pairs get added as we scale. Which pair do you want to see next?

On most public DEXes, your trade intent hits a public L1 mempool before it settles. Searchers and bots can read it and race ahead of you. That is front-running. You were not hacked. The design made your intent public first. Hydranet keeps that intent off the public L1 mempool. Swaps settle across your self-custodial channels (Lightning-class BTC and Lithium on EVM). Settlement stays verifiable on-chain when you settle or exit.

Bridge swaps usually start with a custody hop: lock or wrap on chain A, wait for a custodian, multisig, or light-client watchers to attest, then mint or release on chain B. While that attestation clears, the funds sit outside your wallet. Failure modes that keep showing up: vault key compromise, wrong or delayed attestations, and frozen or paused exits. Hydranet swaps are channel-settled. You fund from self-custody; a Titan matches and introduces the other side; settlement is peer to peer over Hydranet state-channel rails (Lightning-class BTC rails plus Lithium on EVM). Where channels support it, assets stay native. Wrap, mint, and bridge-vault parking are not in our playbook. You now have a better option, sorry 3rd party bridges.

Crypto talks privacy a lot. Most people still trade through systems that hold their ID, balances, and history, or broadcast every intent to a public mempool before it settles. Privacy starts with self-custody. Then architecture: keep settlement verifiable, cut how much execution has to sit in the open. Hydranet is built that way. Peer rails from your wallet, inherently private by design. app.hydranet.ai

Most “cross-chain” paths still run through a bridge. How that usually works: lock or wrap on chain A → a custodian, multisig, or light-client watchers attest → mint/release on chain B. Your assets sit in someone else’s system until the other side settles. Risks that keep showing up: bridge hacks and key compromise, wrong/delayed attestations, frozen or paused exits, and “trust us” custody while funds are in transit. Hydranet takes a different path: self-custody peer rails via Hydranet refined state channels. You keep your keys. Value moves peer-to-peer across chains without parking in a bridge vault as the default move. Mainnet is live. Access stays invite-gated while we scale with feedback. hydranet.ai · App: app.hydranet.ai

Community got their hands on the API. They came for the tech and now they are building with it. Stress-testing mainnet cross-chain swaps with feedback, optimizations and trying to break things on purpose. Love to see it. Self-custody liquidity on a multi-chain orderbook.

Mainnet is live. Scaling with feedback. Invite-gated is intentional. Early wallets connect at app.hydranet.ai Invite-Keys are wallet-minted and peer-shared with people you trust. Welcome to the rest of crypto, Alice & Bob.

DeFi originally tried to make everything transparent. Now the industry is slowly discovering that not every layer benefits equally from visibility.
