After developing digital machine learning models to quantify tumor bed area and residual viable tumor, Dacic et al. compared these results to previously published assessments of pathological response from pathologists from the IASLC's reproducibility study.
Their findings support the utility of machine learning algorithms for evaluating pathological response in patients with NSCLC.

Our previous post about the Phase III PAPILLON trial did not fully reflect the findings, and we appreciate the feedback.
Overall survival benefit not seen with amivantamab-chemotherapy in phase III PAPILLON trial. Presenter @chulkimMD, noted crossover from the chemotherapy arm may have contributed to the overall survival improvement failing to reach statistical significance.
