According to an October 23, 2026, investigative report by The Bulwark, @ScottPresler COMMITTED VOTER FRAUD when he bought a house in Beaver County, Pennsylvania, in April 2024. Voter records show that THREE people outside his family used that address to register and cast ballots in Pennsylvania during the 2024 election cycle. Heather Langley (political consultant): Referred to Louisiana as her home State in posts; FEC filings for payments from @ScottPresler PAC (Early Vote Action) listed a Florida address; she voted in Florida in a 2025 special election. Alfred Ashley (Oklahoma-based): Posted on September 20, 2024, that as an out-of-state resident he could not legally register voters in Pennsylvania; days later said he “Moved to Pennsylvania JUST to vote for Trump”; later indicated he was returning to Oklahoma. Joseph Albert Petriella: Listed Arlington, Virginia addresses on federal donation forms, including one shortly before the election. Pennsylvania law requires actual residency (fixed habitation with intent to make it a permanent place of residence), not mere temporary presence for work or similar short-term purposes, to register and vote. I quote: “That the place shall be considered the residence of an individual in which habitation is fixed and to which, whenever the individual is absent, the individual has the intention of returning.” @ScottPresler committed voter fraud by allowing those three people to use his address to cast votes.
