I haven’t seen you in a while, and if you haven’t guessed by now, I had to move on from trying to build my small cooking business. It has been a pleasure to interact with each and everyone of you.

As an affiliate and now customer, I can tell you that these @btleighs are some of the best sauces and rubs I’ve had the pleasure of trying and promoting. My discount code CHEFSTEF is still in place.

Berries and ice cream? Nope! Next time you’re craving something delicious for dessert, try berries and burrata! This cheese is your mozzarella bestie all dressed up and sure to impress at your next dinner party. Here’s how I do it: berries, basil, burrata in the middle. Drizzle with balsamic, honey, seasoning salt, and pepper! Enjoy!

Who’s been to Panama and can tell me a great all inclusive or adults only resort? I’m looking for something fancy for my double nickels celebration in October 🎉

I made this myself. Puff pastry, brie, wrap and brush with a little egg, seam side down in a 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes. Done forget to cut some slits for steam and bake with parchment paper so it doesn’t stick.
