IDA researchers have a unique opportunity to design microgames on topics of interest through the #IDAMicrogameProject (IMP), an extracurricular initiative led by the Joint Advanced Warfighting Division of IDA’s Systems and Analyses Center FFRDC.
The IMP challenges analysts to create small, playable board games that fit on a sheet or two of paper. Mentorship and peer support help participants explore game design as a tool for creativity, communication and problem-solving.
