As part of the White Coat Ceremony at NYU College of Dentistry in New York City, United States of America, H.E. Amb. Prof. Abdulsalam AlMadani, Chairman of AEEDC Dubai and the Global Scientific Dental Alliance (GSDA), and Roving Ambassador of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean (PAM) for the GCC Region, delivered the keynote address, inspiring the incoming dental students as they embark on their professional journey. His address emphasized the importance of upholding the highest standards of professional integrity, ethical responsibility, and compassion, while encouraging the students to embrace their future roles with dedication and a strong commitment to patient-centred care. The ceremony marked an important milestone for the incoming dental cohorts, including Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) and dental hygiene students, bringing together their families, faculty members, and representatives of the wider academic and dental communities. The presentation of the white coat symbolized the students’ transition into the dental profession, embodying values of honesty, compassion, clinical competence, and patient-centred care. As part of the ceremony, the students took the Pledge to the Dental Profession for the first time, formally acknowledging the ethical and professional responsibilities that accompany their future practice. The occasion underscored the importance of academic excellence, professional integrity, and international collaboration in advancing dental education and shaping the next generation of dental professionals.

A delegation from AEEDC Dubai, headed by H.E. Amb. Prof. Abdulsalam AlMadani, Chairman of AEEDC Dubai and the Global Scientific Dental Alliance (GSDA), and Roving Ambassador of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean (PAM) for the GCC Region, visited NYU College of Dentistry in New York City, United States of America. The delegation was received by Prof. Charles Bertolami, Dean of NYU College of Dentistry, who welcomed H.E. Amb. Prof. Abdulsalam AlMadani for an official meeting held at the College. The meeting focused on strengthening institutional cooperation and exploring new avenues for collaboration between AEEDC Dubai and NYU College of Dentistry, as well as the College’s participation in (AEEDC Dubai 2027). The meeting was attended by Prof. Michael O’Connor, Executive Vice Dean of NYU College of Dentistry; Eng. Anas AlMadani, Vice Chairman and CEO – Global Growth & Ventures of INDEX Holding; alongside members of the College’s senior leadership. The visit also included a tour of NYU College of Dentistry’s facilities, during which the delegation was introduced to the College’s academic and educational environment and specialized programs. This visit underscores the importance of strengthening international cooperation between leading academic and professional institutions and advancing the exchange of knowledge and expertise in support of the continued development of dental education and professional practice worldwide.

In a courtesy meeting His Excellency Amb. Prof. Abdulsalam AlMadani, Chairman of INDEX Holding, Roving Ambassador of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean (PAM) for the GCC Region received today in his office H.E. Amb. Mr. Rauan Zhumabek, Ambassador of Kazakhstan to the UAE in the presence of Mr. Tariq Abdulsalam AlMadani, CEO of INDEX Conferences & Exhibitions and INDEX Design and Eng. Khaled Al Attar, Director General of DIHAD Sustainable Organisation.
