For the fourth time this year, we're increasing interest rates across our savings products to help customers get more from their money, with new rates taking effect from 9 October 2026.
We have also raised our variable home loan rates for new and existing customers.

We've been made aware of scammers impersonating ING and contacting customers via email, claiming to be from our Fraud team.
✅ ING will never ask you to transfer money to another ING account or an account at another bank to keep your money safe.
💬 If you feel your account may be compromised, message us via the ING app or call us on our dedicated scams line on 1800 052 743.
If you receive a message that doesn't seem right, stop, think and verify before taking action. Stay vigilant and help protect yourself from scams.
