My View On #coaching : The person is always more important than the player. Developing better people should be your #1 commitment. Playing football has a very short life span and helping young people understand Development, Relationship’s With Other People/Players. Also the importance of their Education are what last forever off the pitch. Seeing young kids in your environment learn, grow, develop & become better people should be what all coaches strive for. Kids don’t care where you coached, who you coached or how many badges you have. They just want a coach who truly cares about them & knows how to make learning the game a lot of fun. They absorb more & it’s so much more meaningful when they’re enjoying it than when they aren’t. They will only remember you as a coach for how you treated them and what you do and who you are as a person is far more important than wins & losses. You can change kids lives for the better & help instill a sense of self-belief in those who lack it. Football gives you the opportunity to seriously impact lives. The impact you can have on another human being is lifelong! No matter what you do in this game or life it’s about people first!
