Great read! ⚡🧟‍♀️ Kelly Thompson is continuing the story of the Bride of Frankenstein that we should have gotten after the 1935 film, and we’re loving the direction so far! The concept of exploring the women who were stitched together to create the Bride is fascinating. It gives us some serious HHN 30 Universal Monsters: The Bride of Frankenstein Lives vibes! Not in how that story unfolds, as her relationship with the Creature hasn’t really developed yet, but in how both versions portray the Bride as a strong willed character ready to stand against those who oppose her, THAT much is apparent this first issue! If you’re a fan of the Bride, don’t miss this one. Can’t wait to see where they take the story! 👀
