.@Dominos_UK - really disappointed in your service tonight. Ordered at 10:17… called at 11:20 to find out where order was as app said it had been delivered. (It hadn’t.) Was told driver had just left. Called 40 mins later, still no pizza… (1/3)
Again, told it had been recorded as ‘delivered’. Refund couldn’t be processed as no manager on site. Told to call in the morning, with no guarantee anyone would believe us as it was our word against the drivers. (2/3)
