I can relate so much. My life feels fuller. I can pack a whole lot more things in my weekend cause I’m up earlier, I don’t stay in places longer than I need to, always ready in terms of work. Focus and creativity has been on another level. Self care / health on a 100. Genuine link ups, I’m present. My boundaries are clearer. I can go on and on about the benefits.
