So apparently twitter in their wisdom only allows you to receive so many sms codes per every 24 hours. So even if you DO have legit numbers for your accounts, you can only get like 3 sms codes a day. Too bad they don't follow those same rules when they spam lock people.

ALT Go to your settings, and choose notifications.
ALT Then go to push notifications.
ALT Uncheck "broadcasts." WTF is that, anyway?
ALT Scroll down, and uncheck "Topics."
