I don't doubt it. However, this isn't the time for a debate on ideology. It's about helping this dog. The responsibility for why this beautiful dog is where she is lays firmly at the feet of those who abandoned her. Rescues pick up the pieces of a mess created by others.

As temperatures rise we know it can be tempting to take the dog out for a long walk. But exercising dogs when it's hot is actually a leading cause of heat stroke which can be fatal. Check out our helpful infographic & learn more: bit.ly/2JG870e #SummerHazards #Heatstroke

Remember the case of gorgeous Winston here? He was bitten by an adder while walking on the beach last spring, and needed emergency treatment. Milder weather brings adders out of hibernation, so beware: bit.ly/2EQHZAD #SpringHazards

Can you imagine if you were trapped in a roasting hot room all day? Rabbits can die from being overheated. So, make sure their hutch is in the shade ☀ If you're concerned that your rabbits have heatstroke, call your vet straight away! bit.ly/2IECILk

Would you know what to do if your dog suddenly collapsed? This week #KatyPerry's pup had a rough fall and fell unconscious. Thankfully Nugget received treatment & is now doing well. Sign up to a FREE PDSA First Aid Course to learn life-saving techniques - bit.ly/2KAFh1v
