🚀 This achievement strengthens the integration of nanotechnology, drug development and biological validation within the IN-ARMOR pipeline, supporting the progression of selected candidates towards preclinical evaluation.

🔬 The nanostructures are designed to help protect therapeutic compounds in the gastrointestinal environment and enable their controlled delivery.
Their characterisation has addressed key properties including size, pore structure, surface characteristics and stability.
🧪 IN-ARMOR reaches a new milestone in nanocarrier development!
As part of WP3, led by @cinbio_uvigo , the project has successfully completed the optimisation and comprehensive characterisation of its mesoporous silica nanoparticle (MSNP)-based nanocarriers.
